Alright team, gather 'round! Picture this: a risk team, just like a football team on the pitch, performing okay but losing their spark. What do the best coaches do?

They bring back the passion! So, here's the pep talk!

Revisit the Fundamentals:

Like getting back to basic drills, let's remember the core principles of risk management. It’s our foundation, folks. Remember, “Every day is a chance to be better than we were the day before.”

Set Clear and Achievable Goals:

Just like setting targets in a match, we need clear objectives. "Success is not about the wins and losses. It's about helping these young fellas be the best versions of themselves on and off the field."

Foster Team Spirit and Collaboration:

Teamwork makes the dream work. Let's organize team-building activities and celebrate every success, no matter how small. “I think that you might be so sure a person is one thing, that sometimes you completely miss who they really are.”

Introduce New Challenges:

Keep things fresh with new projects that push our boundaries. Remember, "Be curious, not judgmental."

Provide Constructive Feedback and Recognition:

Regular feedback and public recognition boost morale. “You know what the happiest animal on Earth is? It’s a goldfish. You know why? Got a 10-second memory. Be a goldfish, Sam.” Forget the mistakes, celebrate the wins.

Invest in Training and Development:
